With unwavering ambition and renewed vigor, we embark on a new chapter. On January 24, Changlian Technology held its 2025 Work Deployment and 2024 Awards Ceremony at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Changsha. Yu Zhengyuan, Lifetime Honorary Chairman of Changlan Electrical, and Yu Tao, Chairman of Changlan Electrical, along with company directors, managers from various group departments, business units, subsidiaries, and over 300 outstanding employee representatives gathered together to reflect on the past and look forward to the future. The conference was chaired by Xie Shilin, Group President.

I. Strategic Leadership: Embarking on a New Chapter of Progress in the Year of the Snake

During the morning session of the 2025 Work Deployment Conference, Yu Tao, Chairman of Changlan Electrical, provided an overview and released the “Top Ten Achievements of Changlan Electrical in 2024 and Key Points of the Three-Year Strategic Plan.”

With forward-thinking vision, Chairman Yu Tao outlined the grand blueprint for the company's future development. He elaborated on the work philosophy for the 2025-2027 three-year strategic plan across five key areas: group-level development, R&D initiatives, human resources development, marketing system reforms, and industrial development.

Chairman Yu Tao also deeply expounded on the rich connotations of “uniting efforts for innovation and long-term success,” emphasizing that all employees must unite closely, drive innovation, continuously pursue excellence, and courageously advance toward higher goals. The chairman quoted the proverb “Accumulate small steps to reach a thousand miles; accumulate small streams to form a mighty river” to encourage all Changcable employees to start from the basics, and through the relentless efforts and incremental progress of each individual, achieve the company's grand vision.

Next, the heads of each business division, industrial subsidiary, and R&D and sales division delivered special reports on the “2025-2027 Strategic Goals and 2025 Business Work Plan.” They outlined detailed plans for the 2025 business work strategies and specific measures around the strategic goals, aiming to drive a qualitative leap in the work of each division in the new year and inject strong momentum into Changlan Electrical's high-quality development in 2025.

II. Outstanding Achievements: Carving Out Extraordinary Glory for the Year

At the highly anticipated 2024 Annual Awards Ceremony, the atmosphere was solemn yet vibrant. Thirty-three outstanding employees and nine outstanding teams from various business lines stood out, becoming the focal point of everyone's attention. With their solid professional skills, outstanding work capabilities, and selfless dedication, they have shone brightly in their respective roles, making significant contributions to the company's development. At this moment, they stand on the stage of honor, receiving the applause and respect of all Changcable employees, inspiring every Changcable employee to strive for excellence and achieve new successes in the new journey.

Under the play of light and shadow, the fine sand grains transformed into vivid scenes: from the humble factory and arduous entrepreneurial days at the founding of Changlan Electrical, to its gradual growth and emergence as a leader in the industry; from repeated technological innovations and product upgrades, to market expansion and internationalization... The over 60-year journey of wind and rain, and the grand development process, were vividly portrayed by the sand artist. All Changcable employees seemed to witness once again every significant moment in Changcable's journey, filled with emotion and pride.

This grand annual event is not only a celebration of Changcable's past achievements but also a collective anthem of progress sung by all Changcable employees. It carries the dreams of every Changcable employee, inspiring everyone to maintain their upward momentum and strive toward higher goals, writing a brighter future for Changlan Electrical.
