Changlan Electrical Makes a Splash at the 2024 Shanghai EP Power Exhibition

On December 5, 2024, the 31st China International Electric Power Equipment and Technology Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai EP Power Exhibition”) opened in Shanghai. Changlan Electrical showcased its comprehensive power system solutions and innovative technologies at the exhibition.

This exhibition has set a new record for scale, with over 1,800 renowned domestic and international exhibitors and brands participating. The opening keynote forum of this edition is themed “Digital Energy Empowering New Productivity,” showcasing innovative technological resources to comprehensively present the integration, transformation, and upgrading of the power equipment industry, as well as deepening upstream-downstream collaborative cooperation. Together, they aim to build a new ecosystem for power generation, transmission, consumption, and storage, driving the industry into a rapid development phase of the new power system.

Changlan Electrical Group Co., Ltd. showcased comprehensive solutions including power system integrated solutions, new energy power integrated solutions, intelligent integrated solutions, power insulation material solutions, and cable construction solutions. Its subsidiary, Jiangsu Shuangjiang Energy Technology Co., Ltd., showcased high-quality specialty industrial lubricants such as natural ester insulating oil, transformer oil, and coolant at the exhibition.

01 Power System Integrated Solutions

Changlan Electrical's comprehensive power system solutions comprehensively demonstrate the company's products' applications across the entire process from traditional thermal power generation, energy generation to onshore transmission and distribution, ensuring efficient and safe power transmission and serving as a reliable guarantee for the stable operation of power systems.

02 Intelligent Pipeline Visualization Robot

The intelligent pipeline visualization robot can monitor the internal conditions of pipelines in real time, record defects, perform AI fault diagnosis, conduct database comparison analysis, play back videos, and capture images. It allows users to understand the internal conditions of pipelines without entering them, providing important information for formulating maintenance and repair plans. It can also clean and perform simple repairs on the interior of pipelines. It is suitable for a variety of scenarios, including power pipelines, drainage pipelines, water supply pipelines, industrial pipelines, and gas pipelines.

03 Intelligent Cable Construction Solution

The high-voltage cable intelligent laying system achieves intelligent and integrated cable laying operations through centralized management. It is suitable for high-voltage and extra-high-voltage cable laying construction. The intelligent system integrates high-precision sensors to monitor key parameters such as the stress on the cable and the operating status of the equipment in real time during laying. When the set threshold is exceeded, it automatically outputs an alarm and stop signal to ensure construction safety. It can also generate completion reports from construction data, facilitating subsequent project acceptance and summarization.

The overhead line and high-voltage cable power transfer equipment is a new product launched by our company, designed as a highly integrated, user-friendly, rapid-response, and time-saving emergency repair equipment for overhead lines in power engineering emergency repair operations.

04 35kV Smart Circuit Breaker Cabinet

The 35kV intelligent circuit breaker cabinet features circuit breakers and three-position disconnect switches as primary components, sealed within a stainless steel welded enclosure. It is designed to meet the requirements of new energy projects, high-altitude regions, subway systems, high-speed railways, and urban distribution projects with limited land availability. The cabinet offers high reliability, maintenance-free operation, strong adaptability, and a compact footprint. This product can be configured with our company's distribution automation terminal devices (DTU) and communication control terminal combinations, fully meeting all requirements for such “three-remote” equipment in smart grid applications.

05 Electrical Insulation Material Solutions

The main products include high-voltage rubber tape series, polyurethane casting resin series, ultra-high-voltage EPDM rubber material series, silicone rubber products series, and coating series products. Based on functionality, the main product series include insulation products series, semiconductive products series, waterproof products series, fire-resistant products series, and sealing and filling products series.

06 Shuangjiang Energy - Depus Natural Ester Insulating Oil

Shuangjiang Energy adheres to the national “dual carbon” development strategy, researching and producing high-performance, highly flame-retardant K-class fire-resistant oil—Depus Natural Ester Insulating Oil. This product is 100% derived from plant seeds, making it a non-fossil energy source. Produced using patented technology, its safety performance far exceeds that of traditional mineral oils (flash point greater than 360°C), meeting the standards for K-class fire-resistant oil; it is also biodegradable, protecting the environment, and represents cutting-edge technology leading the global market, capable of replacing imported products. This product holds significant future market potential and plays a crucial role in achieving self-reliance in the industrial chain, addressing “chokepoint” challenges, and realizing green and low-carbon production.
