Product Introduction

Changlan Potting Compound EICR-8012 is extensively employed for moisture-proof sealing in distribution control cabinets, RMUs, HV/LV switch cabinets, cable branch boxes, terminal boxes, pad-mounted transformers, mechanism operation boxes, and assembly control units. It boasts low viscosity, excellent fluidity, and effortless penetration. This compound exhibits exceptional resistance to natural freeze-thaw cycles and diverse harsh environments, ensuring no deformation, deterioration, or cracking occurs.It forms a tight, non-corrosive bond with various metal materials and cable sheath materials. Furthermore, it effectively prevents small animals from entering cabinets underground, mitigating safety hazards. By achieving airtight cabinet moisture-proofing and shielding cable interlayers or channels from dampness, it delivers reliable protection for production and operational equipment.

Instructions

1. Clean up the dust, oil, impurities, etc. on the working face, and carry out the construction after the surface is dry;
2. To apply material sealing on the big hole, gap in the base surface;
3. Mix material A evenly and pour it into the batching bucket (large), then pour material B into the batching bucket and stir it thoroughly, pay attention to scraping the bottom and wall of the container when stirring;
4. Pouring the well-stirred mixture into bucket (small), and then successively to the need to block the base surface of uniform pouring, fully leveling, vulcanization;
5. the material specification (including A material 0.7kg, B material 0.1kg, A:B=7:1)
6. During the operation process and before the product is getting dry, it should be waterproof, anti-pollution, anti-movement, anti-bending, anti-touch, and timely repair if there is any damage;
7. The product operation time is about 25~30min, the full curing time is 1~2h.
