The Changlan Composite Fire Blanket (Composite Ceramic Type) FHT-01 is a novel composite product capable of being ceramized at high temperatures. At room temperature, it retains flexibility and exhibits the insulating, fire-resistant, and heat-insulating properties of ceramicized silicone rubber. During a fire, its hard shell "ceramizes," offering superior fire resistance, fire prevention, and thermal insulation. The semi-conductive layer absorbs and dissipates heat in the event of a fire, effectively ensuring the continuity of electrical circuits.
Attentions
1. Prior to installation, it is essential to clean the area around the cable, ensuring the absence of sharp or large hard objects to prevent scratching the explosion-proof blanket and compromising the product's performance.
2. When applying explosion-proof blankets, they must be wrapped tightly to avoid significant gaps between layers, which could otherwise impact product performance.
3. When using fire-resistant tape to secure the ends of the explosion-proof blanket, ensure that no debris adheres to the tape, as this may affect its adhesion and protective capabilities.
4. When wrapping with fireproof tape, extend the coverage by 200mm beyond each side of the explosion-proof blanket port to guarantee a comprehensive protective effect.
